State the finished product and processing method: pipe resin and flexible-product resin have different requirements.

Agree the grade, K-value or viscosity, volatile matter, bulk density and sieve characteristics against the current specification.

Where whiteness, inclusions or residual monomer matter, include them in the agreed test list. A grade name alone does not replace a technical specification.

Check values against the original TDS and batch COA. Confirm manufacturer, traceability, packaging and sample evaluation arrangements.
